Brush Seal Kits
Our nylon brush seal products are available in complete kits for standard sizes of commercial or residential rolling steel doors, sectional steel doors, roll-up doors, coiling doors, corrugated doors, sheet doors or fabric doors (Kit sizes include 8ft x 8ft, 10ft x 8ft, 10ft x 10ft, 12ft x 12ft, 14ft x 14ft, 16ft x 16ft, and custom sized kits available upon request) or in 8' and 4' stock lengths.

Installation Video
Watch the process of installing brush seals on a 16' wide x 10' high sliding barn door. For this project, we used the 1.5" medium-duty nylon brush seals with the 45-degree and straight aluminum holder. The brush seals come in 8' and 4' stock lengths and 1.5" - 5" bristle. The brush seals can be easily cut to fit any barn door application.
Top of the Door, Location A
- Close off the top gap across your barn door
- 45-degree holder recommended across the top (180-degree can also work)
- Highest quality crimped NYLON bristle ensure longevity
- 8ft or 4ft long Brush lengths for minimal joints and easy install
- Medium or heavy-duty brush seals in 1.5" to 5" lengths
Sides of Door, Location B (Int.)
- Brush conforms to any surface for a weathertight seal
- Straight holder recommended for easy door movement
- Highest quality crimped NYLON bristle ensure longevity
- 8ft or 4ft long Brush lengths for minimal joints and easy install
- Brush seals won't leave marks on your door
Sides of Door, Location B (Ext.)
- The exterior mount works just as well as the interior
- For twice the protection use both int. and ext. mounts
- Straight holder recommended for easy door movement
- Brush seals won't leave marks on the ext. wall
Bottom of Door, Location C
- Brush conforms to irregular surfaces including gravel, contrete, blacktop, and grass
- Straight or 45deg holder can be used
